Videos 1–12 — How to use AI as a math tutor (the right way)

Start

This series teaches you how to learn with AI, not how to copy answers. Use one Project per unit (example: Exponential Functions). Use one Chat per topic (one thinking session).

Core rule: Every new chat resets AI behavior. Paste the tutor prompt at the top of every new chat.

FAQ

Should I use one chat for the whole unit?+
No. Use one Project for the unit, and one Chat for one topic/thinking session. New topic → new chat (inside the same project).
Why does AI sometimes give wrong math?+
AI can make mistakes. Your job is to verify. Start with simple checks: plug the answer back in, test a small value, or ask for an alternate method.
What should I avoid doing with AI?+
Avoid “Give me the answer” prompts. Avoid skipping your attempt. Avoid changing topics mid-chat. These habits block learning.
Do I paste the tutor prompt every time?+
Yes—at the start of every new chat. Every new chat resets AI behavior.
What should I do if I feel lost?+
Stop. Write one sentence: “What exactly is unclear?” Then ask AI to question you first. One micro-step at a time.
